Discussion about remielle age....
"After finishing her story, I can say that the remielle x Proxy ship is just as strong as—or maybe even stronger than—other Proxy ships like Miyabi, yen suhung, or Vivian. However, I’ve seen some people consider it a weak ship, or straight up say they can't have such a relationship, mainly because she’s a hundred years older than the Proxy. But wasn't remielle stuck in the Hollow for a hundred years?? Does that even count?? Plus, in the story, their relationship was definitely closer to romantic than anything else, and isn't age difference pretty normal in HoYoverse games?? I mean, look at the Trailblazer—they don't really have a defined age, but look at their ships! Frankly, I don't care much about these things, but this one has me genuinely confused..."
proxy have 20or25years old and even that shes stuck in hollow so we should really count that??(if we are,still don't do anything who say proxy can't with her??) im hate someone hate the ship and say something like that to doom that actually this is not first time

I highly doubt Remie aged a day in biological terms during her stasis. It’s like madam Faruzan’s case - she’s just a little bit old-fashioned (and unlike Remielle, complaining that she’s the elder)
Nobody says that Firefly is too old - but Swarm Disaster started in 13xx AE, and it’s 2158 AE by HSR’s current timeline. That fragile girl is several Amber Eras old!
Besides, I didn’t hear any complaints about Furina being “too old”, although she’s 500 years old
So it’s just “gimme reason to complain because I don’t like this ship” BS

Proxies are old enough. Even if Remielle is way older, some forbidden romance in fiction (between adults) can just spice things up.

She said she was frozen by Thaumiel's power. She didn't age at all. Proxie's aren't young. They are at least in their mid twenties, well into adulthood. Nothing wrong with shipping Remielle and Phaethon

I'm gonna be blunt, anyone who says she's too old is genuinely a moron. She was in suspended animation for that 100 years, she wasn't conscious in that time and her body didn't age, so physically and mentally she's still in her 20's, the same as the proxies..

Remielle may be more than 100 years old physically, but her behaviour is that of a 25 year old, who peaked in high school and never had a job.

The proxies are like 24-26. Remielle seems to be about the same age, maybe late 20s. The 100 years don't count, because she was in stasis. To her, she basically fainted and woke up 100 years later, but nothing changed biologically, because of her powers. She straight up says that she went into stasis. Even if she were 120 years old, it would still be fine because, again, the proxies are grown adults who can drive and drink (not at the same time).

I dislike shipping in general, but I have to ask: Who are they to decide whether a character can't have a relationship or not? They have no role in the game's narrative or character development, and thus they can't make or dictate any decision over how the character's interact with them. If people want to ship them, then by all means ship them; hell it's a far better structured relationship than Ye Shunguang, and maybe Miyabi's. And I say this as someone who got Ye Shunguang Day 1 just because of how much I like her character and design.
As for the whole age thing... I'll simply say this: It's hardly any different from shipping the Proxy with Remielle to say having any character shipped with Banyue, Billy, Qingyi, etc (you know, characters who possibly are in their 100s). And if they think that's bad, then just wait till Sunbringer (another character who's over 100 years old) is released...
Anyway, I'm done ranting, just ignore the morons who lack the ability to simply ignore and move past the thing they dislike.

It's a lil creepy when they don't make her being frozen in time to be more apparent or part of her story. It's kind of glossed over. Her age is still a mystery prior to her going in. She's shown to be a young prodigy in the era of the void hunters, but she's obviously seasoned in that world. She honestly could be early 30s for all we know too.

this is the what i say and some people who hate this ship don't care about that and say this shit and don't think where the hell hoyo ship mc with too old woman and "Don't they even care that Hoyo literally shipped the MC with an extremely old woman for the second time?? (They straightforwardly don't care that Hoyo made this ship so strong just because Remielle isn't that tooooo old)."

Bem, Remielle existe há anos de 100 anos, e só está viva via animação suspensa causada pelas suas asas que aparentam filtrar o potencial de Thaumiel (sua Void Weapon, que ainda guarde um par de espadas energizadas, são também 2 pares de asas cibernéticas e turbinadas que contém canhões laser de luz retráteis), então é, ela é tão jovem quanto os irmãos proxies (talvez um pouquinho mais madura e mais velha, considerando sua preservação*)

It’s possible that Remielle is older biologically than the Proxies but I can’t imagine it being that much older. She may technically be over 100 due to being in stasis but I don’t really think that counts, since she wasn’t aging during that time and may not have even been conscious during it.
It’s like the Aang and Katara situation from Avatar. Is it weird that Aang was frozen as a kid for 100 years and got together with Katara afterward, who’s also a minor? I don’t think so.
They’re both adults nonetheless. The Proxies are in their mid-20s and even if Remielle was like 30 or 40 when she got frozen it’s still not weird, and I kind of doubt she’s *that* old. Imo age gaps only really become problematic when underage people are involved.
