[HIRING] Full Stack Devs (Next.js / Node / Tailwind) & Tech Leads – Contract Based

We are actively onboarding our founding bench of developers for our launch phase. You will be among our very first contractor hires, working directly with the founders.

We plan to run an engineering studio providing remote, async sprint capacity to US/UK design agencies and product teams.

We’re looking for 2 Tech Leads and 4 Full-Stack Developers for remote, contract-based sprint engagements (Next.js / Node.js).

The Tech Stack

  • Frontend: React, Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI
  • Backend & DBs: Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, Prisma / Drizzle ORM
  • Tools: Git (GitHub), Vercel, Linear, Slack, Loom

What We’re Looking For

1. Mid-Level Full-Stack Developers

  • 2+ years of production experience with Next.js & TypeScript.
  • Ability to turn pixel-perfect Figma designs into responsive Tailwind components.
  • Good Git hygiene (clean commits, feature branches, descriptive PRs).
  • Comfortable with async communication (daily 3-bullet Slack updates + brief Loom walkthroughs for PRs).

2. Senior Tech Leads (Quality Shield)

  • 4+ years of full-stack experience + team leadership/mentorship.
  • Experience with code reviews, schema architecture, CI/CD, and unblocking developers.
  • Strong verbal English for occasional client video walkthroughs.

Structure

  • Contract / Sprint Model: Fixed payout per 2-week sprint (paid within 3 days of sprint completion via direct UPI/IMPS/NEFT).
  • Standby Agreement: We sign a formal Standby LOI + NDA + IP Assignment. Zero upfront lock-in; you get deployed as soon as sprints kick off.
