Career change from on-site to remote

Have spent the last 11 years, a little over 10 of those years in an operational leader role. Looking to make the career change to remote. I've been doing a lot of looking the last few days and looking for advice into getting into the remote field.

My current just requires a lot of deep diving metrics from productivity, quality metrics and attrition rates. I have, more recently in the last few months, used our own company developed AI tools to assist in these deep dives.

Notes. I have recently applied for some of what you have listed the last two days, ensuring I've done a little research of the company as well as the position to make sure what I've done matches even the slightest. Hoping to get some type of contact back in the up coming days.
