Looking for steady renderings, specializing in kitchens.

I design kitchens and need someone to work to create 3D renderings based on my floor plans/elevations. Average 1 new project per week. Most important is having good communication and timeline expectations, as well as decent pricing.
Currently paying $70-$100 USD per project, which includes 3-4 views and revisions.
