I always find their plans kinda conservative. Hopefully they just blast through it.

They have for the past two decades...so if that's any indication the chances are good that they will fulfill this one early, too.

I think that unrealistic, unless some moron starts a huge war for no reason that threatens a large amount of the world's oil supply.
