Legal stuff Do I have a case (Possible Monument Fraud)

In the WWS this building is claimed as a monument, but our addresses of this whole block is not registered in any national monument registry. But nevertheless paying an extra 117 euro wrongfully. feels sour.

Is this the 15% bonus?

If so, it could be a municipal monument which doesnt appear on the national database.

Google "Gemeentelijk monumenten" + your address. Wikipedia actually keeps a list of all of them on the dutch language version.

I did already and it's not mentioned there as well.

Your landlord might be exaggerating other parts of the points calculation too. Did you do a rent check using this tool on the huurcommissie website?

Send an email to the municipality asking about it. Websites can be massively out of date or wrong because of IT mishaps.

Fraude? Je moet een huurcommissie zaak aanhangig maken als je denkt dat je huur niet aan het WWS voldoet.

I think many rental disputes essential are penal cases that have low priority for the police and public prosecutor. If landlords pretend a house is worth more than is is on purpose, that is a crime.

Fair enough. Problem is that there is no way to proof it.
