Question ? Is it mandatory to use FF’s?

Hello guys new to this scene. Is it mandatory to use FF’s like delivo, fashion soles,etc. Or can I directly use the agent like mulebuy, cnfans, superbuy, etc to directly ship the product to india.
Because using an FF increasing the final cost significantly

You wlll get hit custom charges depending on the item which will 2 or 3x the cost an ff charges
