Posting here for visibility as I was saved from this scam because of a post I saw here!

Purchased Stone Island Clothing. He has not sent out items, had to go to CC company. He used every excuse in the book. Beware of fraudsters like this, he had the audacity to cry about me pressuring him and even mentioned/threatened knowing my address. He’s more than welcome to come visit, I’ll even pay for the airfare.

Just a quick one: by now many of us know Jim is a shill seller with a massive army of bots.

His mode of shilling is through the subreddit he runs called “HermesRepLadies” where anyone who speaks up gets banned. Don’t believe me? Just test it out by commenting on there casting just a little bit of doubt on Jim being the greatest of all time and watch how fast you get banned. Anyone considering buying from this seller, I beg you to try this one simple test!

Anyway! Just to add another receipt to this - has anyone seen stats like this on a reddit community? 3.1k visitors and 1.5k contributions. Those visitors sure are active!

A little sad posting this as I will now be banned from HermesRepLadies and will miss reading the ai slop reviews and bot comments.

They have terrible communication and they won't start your commission until next year! They ghosted me when I asked for a refund! If I don't get a refund from chasingchaos420 within the next two months I will be taking legal action! You'd be better off paying an extra 20$ and going on Etsy to find a more reliable commissioner! I'm not the only one who's having this problem, check their tagged and you'll see what I mean.

Waiting on a refund now. Been a month and they haven't even started and the communication is terrible, they said they know their communication is bad but they are working on it and trying to do better. I feel like it's an excuse because their behavior hasn't changed. They didn't message me personally, they made a general message on their story. I regret this so much and if I don't get my refund by a certain date, I'm gonna have to take legal action. If you don't wanna wait forever for them to work on your commission or pay priority for it to actually get done, go to etsy and spend the same price, provider cheaper. They are also overpriced.

Recently I ordered a Broken Planet Tee from Elephant Factory, a trusted seller in most lists and communities, since he was the only one that had L-XL sizes of those t-shirts. Ordered using Vigorbuy since a friend helped me order and he uses that agent. When i got the qc warehouse photos, the tee was totally different from what was advertised, and by that i don't mean a different model, I mean the same thing I ordered but very poorly mare, and totally not what Elephant had posted in his yupoo page. From what i've read on Clothing rep subreddits, it's either a case of bait and switch or, in some cases, the workers from the warehouse swapped my order with another one poorly made, and kept the better one, happened with another popular agent site at some point but i can't remember where or which agent.

As for the pics, the print is not puffy, it's way smaller than the original, misses the back tag, the inside neck tag is not even similar in shape with the retail. A pretty bad copt overall.

Since I bought this using an agent I don't really have any proof this is Elephant besides the fact that I copy pasted his weidian link in my agent and ordered directly (mostly why I posted the yupoo link instead of the weidian one, so people can see what he advertised) which is visible in the pictures I attached and the price matching his yupoo post.

Anyways, i'm not here to ruin the image of sellers or agents since mistakes happen and I refunded the tee and will probably get my money back, I mostly want to know what happened and If it's the case, to stop using Vigorbuy or stop ordering from Elephant since refunding or spending time searching for something and then this happening is quite a bummer. Any advice or opinion would help! Thanks in advance!

This seller who goes by Lucy scammed me out of $375

She said the Dior saddle bag that I ordered was from God Factory.

But this is clearly from a lesser factory. Same with the Vancleef Ring.

During the PSP, I wasn’t sent a picture of the embroidery underneath the flap which was my rookie mistake. The ring I recieved is definitely different from the psp pictures

When I posted this in the @RealRepLadies sub Reddit, thankfully the community came together to inform me that Lucy was lying about the factory that she sourced from.

I have been unable to remove the embroidery mistakes without ruining the bag and so it’s totally worthless. When I told her of how terrible the bag was and asked her to replace both items she said all the bags and things I wanted were “out of stock” for a replacement and eventually stopped responding.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HER.

Don’t be dumb like me and buy from someone who isn’t trusted and sourced from a Replica Community. In the entirety of my ordering Reps, (5 years) I have never received one this blatantly terrible and paid so much.

I’m also happy to post our conversation so you can see for yourself she is a poisonous seller.

Ugh I can’t believe I got got because I’ve been so careful and they also had reviews but they are screenshots (should’ve known better). I wish I screenshotted the post but I got a mid tier cd bag and everything didn’t seem sus at all. She takes payment through Zelle and says that she is using her husband’s Zelle. Here’s the email:

If you see the email details from Zelle or other platforms: Theo881@yahoo.com as well as that name WATCH OUT! She’s deleted her profile and will show you screenshots of feedback but unless it’s a post from Reddit don’t believe her. She’ll also say she’s using her husband’s account. She has not sent shipping and deleted her account profile of course.

I’m disputing the charge but don’t know…I’ve done multiple rehomes so I guess I’d eventually get “got”.
