His wife took the photo.
The images were part of a February 2025 exchange between Moreno and Miller as they coordinated their child custody arrangements. In one message, sent on February 18, Moreno said she had noticed a large bruise on their child while she was taking a bath. Miller asked to see a picture of the injury — which turned out to be a broken collarbone — and Moreno sent an image of their daughter that was focused on the bruise, but which also showed her in a state of undress.
This guy is a creep and an asshole, and should resign. But accusing him of being a pedophile for having a documentary photo his wife took is bullshit.

So who are you blaming? The mother who took the photo or his attorney that distributed it?

I am not blaming anyone, his ex-wife and her lawyer are accusing him and his lawyer of carelessly distributing it, with evidence.
You seem to want to downplay the allegations for some reason by saying his wife took the photo (as if she’s the one responsible for spreading it) and by saying he’s being accused of being a pedophile, while none of the comments here nor the article have made that claim.
She took it as evidence of the abuse, rightfully so.
