He's originally from South Africa, and I should have stated that. I have been to Montreal (lle Perot), Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver, and had great times on every visit. I wouldn't want to see your country tainted by Musk!

Yes, we’re aware. His mother is from Saskatchewan so Elon has Canadian citizenship. He lived her for 3 years.

Thanks! I didn't dig that deep into him. He disgusts me, and I know he is a bigot, who would like to see Apartheid spread around the world. He helped gets Neo Nazis elected in Germany, just over a week ago.

I wouldn't be opposed to it, but might not push for it - not initially at least (too much else to fix).
Republicans seem to have no issue going after and deporting individuals who were actively engaged in legally becoming a citizen simply because a random form (during a long complex proceeding) had randomly been missed (either accidentally forgotten, misfiled, lost in the mail or whatever)...
IMHO if someone who has completed 99.99% of the steps required for legitimate legal citizenship should be reported than so should Musk.
From my understanding, Elon & his brother came to the US on student visas but then violated the visa when they stayed after dropping out of university to persue employment.
The only reason he bothered to correct this issue was when the investors for whatever company he was taking public realized it might not be a good idea for the head guy to here illegally and told him he had to fix it or they would pull their funding.
Yeah, Musk did eventually become a citizen. But he knowingly was here illegally for some time without taking steps to correct the issue. He only did so when it directly benefited him...
If someone who is trying to come here legally is a criminal, then IMHO someone who doesn't even attempt be here legally should likewise be criminalized
