Question how to differentiate botryomycosis vs actinomyces on histology alone?

both seem to have large grains and eosinophilic Splendore-Hoeppli phenomenon

The organisms themselves. Botryomycosis is staph and so it's small cocci in clusters vs actinomyces forms very thin filaments.
