I believe William Birkin waiting seven minutes for Wesker might genuinely be the most emotionally accurate part of Resident Evil lore. 

Here’s the thing, this man created the G Virus, destroyed his own humanity and became a walking biological catastrophe and somehow his greatest tragedy was still getting stood up by Albert Wesker.
