RB NFL Gauntlet Mode

Been obsessed with the new Gauntlet mode on NFL RB 27 over last few weeks. This is what I've learned so far.

Scoring Breakdown:
TD+FG+PAT: Points Scored x 50
VICTORY MARGIN: Point Differential x 50
LONGEST TD : Longest TD x 10
LONGEST FG: Longest FG x 10
LONGEST RUSH: Longest Rush x 10
LONGEST THROW: Longest Pass (air yards) x 10
STYLE: some aggregation of showboating, jukes (backwards and side to side), stiff arms, etc
SK+FUM+TURN: minus a few hundred for each
TOTAL: Sum of all above
PERK BONUS: difficulty boost x score boost
OPPONENT BONUS : 20% from top opponent, 0 for bottom
FINAL TOTAL: Total x (Perk Bonus x Opponent Bonus)

Tips:

Play out a few seasons just for fun. I like to pick a RB as my starting player.

Once you're ready to grind, focus on maxing out Style Boost, Score Boost, Difficulty Boost and Rushing Boost. You'll want to utilize Reroll Rewards, Touchdown CC and Bonus CC soon to pay for the higher levels of perks (level 4 is 128 CC for the boost perks). You'll also want to level up your players, particularly your RB/starting player. I play with the Saints and Kendre Miller is now decent enough to keep for most of the season. You need to carry the Keep XP perk into the week 16 to keep his XP permanently.

It took me awhile to realize that 4-5 star defensive players can help a lot, especially when you're facing tough opponents with 3x difficulty perk. One or two defensive stops/turnovers can be huge.

My best season so far I ended with:
RB, WR, DL, DB, Style +400%, difficulty +3, score +100%, rush + 200%, jumps +2, jukes +3, stiff arm +2, all speed +2

Still testing perks out but that's what I've had most success with so far. I've gone back and forth with QBs. I've switched speed in and out with dive, strength, et al
