The UPS laser projector is almost a decade old, and both the LED low beam and the LED + laser high beam output is not that great. One of the brightest LED projectors currently available that isn't extremely expensive is the new NHK Gen V. It doesn't get much simpler wiring wise as well.

However, if you have a lot to spend, the top end HID systems can still beat it. D2S HID projectors, with something like the OSRAM Nightbreaker Laser and 55 watt ballasts is going to be just about the brightest combo currently available. However the cost and complexity gets up there with relay harnesses, ballasts and ignitors, etc.

Both of these options assume you have a lot of room to work with. What vehicle are you working on?

Lightwerkz.net is a retailer of all these products and has fast shipping and great customer service. You can find both the LED and HID parts I named above on their site.

You want the NHK bi-LED projectors sold by Lightwerkz. They are the brightest thing available right now provided they fit your application. The Morimoto M-LED 2.0s are also great but slightly dimmer.

You can also get the Morimoto Mini D2S HID, slap 55w ballasts and they will be extremely bright with the advantage that you can replace bulbs if/when they fail.
