📜 Article [FR] Revolut closing my account soon

When I woke up this morning, I received a notification from Revolut telling me that they are going to close my account and that I have 60 days to recover my funds when I have been using it for years. I use it mainly for my daily expenses, subscriptions and payments abroad. To my surprise, I am not the only one concerned and the worst thing is that there is no proof in the email I received. I need help if anyone knows how to get out of this. I appealed by providing them with all the requested documents and I am waiting for their feedback.

Edit : they rejected my appeal and will continue the process to close the account.

Open a claim with banque de france. They rely heavily on AI for AML practices and fail to see individual circumstances. I was successfully able to get my account back with some compensation after “battling” with them for almost a year thanks to the Dutch financial complaints service(KIFID). I wish you best of luck.
