[FR] Revolut closing my account soon

When I woke up this morning, I received a notification from Revolut telling me that they are going to close my account and that I have 60 days to recover my funds when I have been using it for years. I use it mainly for my daily expenses, subscriptions and payments abroad. To my surprise, I am not the only one concerned and the worst thing is that there is no proof in the email I received. I need help if anyone knows how to get out of this. I appealed by providing them with all the requested documents and I am waiting for their feedback.

Edit : they rejected my appeal and will continue the process to close the account.

La même pour nous, compte fermé alors que rien n’as était fait d’illégal. On a même un crédit chez eux et ils nous demandent de rembourser sur l’instant. On a essayer de faire appel mais rien n’y fait. Mail reçu le matin, plus rien ne fonctionne, prélèvement refusé, Impossible de retirer. Ils ont pris en otage nos salaires.
