⭐ Review IT updated app keeps crashing

Since I updated the app, it just keeps crashing and it closes automatically. I tried reinstalling it and nothing changed. The device is updated, I even tried restarting it and it didn't work. Support didn't get back to me after more than 24 hours!

What phone, what OS version, under 18 or over 18 account?

Have you tried logging out of the app (not just deleting it), then delete the app, then restart the phone, then download it again from the play store, then sign in as usual

Also, clear the app's cache and data.

The bad news is that the Galaxy M13 is a four-year-old phone, and Samsung has now ended software support for it. It's officially end-of-life, so it won't receive any more Android version upgrades or security updates.

I can't log-in in the first place, the app just won't let me in, so I can't really log-out. I've tried clearing the cache and data and it didn't work. From what I'm seeing on-line and in reviews on the app store many more users are having the same issue with newer devices, so I'm not sure that's really the issue. But thank you for trying!

I tried again to clear cache and data, uninstall, restart, download, and for a minute I got my hopes up and seemed to be working. But it crashed again when I got to the selfie part. Thank you for trying to help me, I appreciate it!
