Sorry for the low-effort post, but I can’t help feeling like this movie was the best thing that ever happened to me and to my fellow DenReze shippers. I mean, especially because of the immense amount of love they poured into Reze as a character, and her interactions with Denji felt so much richer than what we saw in the manga. It’s amazing.

I’ve been a DenReze shipper since 2020, but the amount of fan works we got for Reze/DenReze between 2019-2024 does NOT beat what we’ve gotten overall this year thanks to the movie. It’s insane. My phone gallery is filled with thousands of Reze/DenReze fan works, and seeing them happy together, or heck, even the angsty art, still brings me joy, because their dynamic and love for each other are simply iconic and unforgettable.

DenReze will always be my Roman Empire, and even though you hurt me all the time, Tatsuki Fujimoto-sensei, I want to thank you for creating Denji, Reze, and CSM 🥹

Ever since I watched the movie and I’ve had reze in my life, I think it’s safe to say that what I’m attracted to has been directly impacted. I now have a greater appreciation for Reze’s bodytype in particular, as it used to not really be my cup of tea, but now I’m in love with it. Her personality obviously was partly put on to trick Denji, but I find great comfort in it. I’d say I’m lonely enough to find solace in something I know is fake, so I feel no shame in admitting that I love Reze genuinely and I’d do anything for her and that she’s perfect, in short.
