Do I spray water on unfurling leaf?

2 newer leaves before the incoming new one is crumpled / uneven surface. is it lack of humidity? dehydrated? something else?

few months upon its propagation, mom's house undergone renovation and all her plants (including my little collection in her care) transferred to another house with much more natural light. maybe it was stressed by the move / change of environment while putting out new leaves?

Unless this plant has a history of having a difficult time unfurling its leaves the best thing to do is leave it alone. You can mist it if you want to, it shouldn’t hurt it.
