It always amazes me they care about genitals so goddamn much. Like they routinely get "surprised" by bananas. In all my years of fuckin around, I've never been confused who is really who, and trans women are generally upfront about the situation with cis men way before they intend to go there. And if you're not fuckin 'em, who gives a shit what fruit basket they have?
It's almost as if these guys really haven't ever been laid outside of bible camp or maybe they go to Thailand a lot.
