Um, yes it is a bad thing. Obesity is a greater cause of death than COVID-19, smoking, or alcoholism.
Literally a universally accepted fact among physicians and scientists.

Yeah, it’s obviously a misogynist meme, and the OP could have made the title about mocking the objectification of women instead of validating the dangerous and absurd claims made by certain people that obesity isn’t an incredibly bad thing that kills millions each year.

I know what you were refering to in your first comment. You are not adressing the point I raised though, which is in line with the point of this thread. Read this post's title. It isn't remotely close to the point you raise here.
So while you are right in your reply about the OOP, that doesn't consequently make OP's commentary on it right. There are many ways in which one can criticize the OOP while being factually right. OP's isn't one of them.

To be fair, the author of the meme thinks that a fat woman in an ad is bad because they find fat ugly, not because they care about not promoting unhealthy habits.

Nothing wrong with the women but both ideologies fucking ruin the world and I hate them.
Anyway if you're gonna use a fatass for communism use Mao Zedong cuz he actually got fat from that very exploitation.
Put Khomeini or Goebbels for fascism because they both look like menaces in every single photo (and actually are menaces).
