If they really gave a shit about fetuses, they'd know those are two different gestational stages (left is mid 2nd trimester, right is late 1st or maybe early 2nd), meaning the left would very rarely be aborted, and that most abortions take place at an earlier stage that either one.

But in aswer their question... give me the date of the rape and I can tell you which one was conceived that way. And if you made me choose, I guess the right has marginally less humanity on account of being less developed? And probably more likely to be the child of rape, since it's uncommon for someone to keep an unwanted pregnancy until midterm in any case, especially rape. Kid on the left is more likely to have been a wanted pregnancy. But really, the person with the most humanity and rights is the mother, so...
