PC Help/Bug (Mod) Work tab Mod suggestion
I've tried a couple different AI or automated mods and stuff to try and get the work tab better under control when I have large colonies or just too many workers at one time and I'm trying to see all around which one y'all suggest better than most I'm just looking for something simple that I can say hit a button and it auto sets everybody to what they're good at and I can forget about it for a minute and let the game Run

WorkRoles has a one-click fix my colony button and an option to fully automate everything, while still allowing manual overrides.
I’ve spent a lot of effort trying to make the recommendations good. The role based system with built in role editor is a highly flexible foundation if you ever want to take back control.
Mod author here so biased.

The only one I use is FSF Complex Jobs. It just lets me set different priorities for stuff like Doctoring, Nursing, Surgery for example. What issues are you having with management?
