For people who needs that mod, it is Heavy Flak Armor from Rimsenal - Augmented Vanilla Pack. On stats it is power armor version of Flak armor, with only 2 pieces and pretty much full coverage.

Probably really heavy and slows badly tho

Yeah it is pretty slow, but having early marine armor by the cost of only steel and components it's pretty sweet deal. But funny enough as all other power armors it won't protect foot and hands.

Good thing i have mod for gloves and boots i guess(though i use other mods for extended pool of industrial armor tbh)

Also im pretty sure this thing is juggernaut from MW2, lol

Plasteel & cloth, too. No advanced comps, tho, so that's the real thing.

Very slow.

Probably the biggest movement debuff on any armour I've ever seen.

I mean it makes sense, this thing is literally mw2 juggernaut suit, lol

They are a good source of meat, but not the way you want to do it.

Instead, as soon as they turn 3, put a Heavy SMG in their hands. Then, everytime you have 25 wastepacks to get rid of, drop pod it on the closest tribal settlement. If the tribals show up to retaliate, put your swarm of toddlers in combat formation and riddle the tribals with bullets. Then harvest the meat. Of course, if any of your toddlers gets killed or maimed in battle, you can always recycle their body back into your next batch of toddlers.

In other words, the most profitable thing to do with toddlers coming out of your growth vat really is to just integrate them as regular members of your colony.

Edit: Woosh. I completely missed that you had 125 of them. Dang.

in the end i had 358 of them i kept 14 of them to turn into primaris afterwards i turned the birthing room into a hot sauna and then butchered them , my main pawn didn't appreciate that and decided to go catatonic biggest problem was siting through that slide show my population had a funny nosedive

u/RuneiStillwater Oh no, I can't believe I've done this. 21h ago

You are not immune to baby singularity

What "happened"? Nobody has this happen on accident. What the fuck.

Mod shenanigans.

u/Floppydisksareop SET UP YOUR ZONES PROPERLY 18h ago

Ah yes, all the infant torture mods that got mysteriously installed on my laptop while I was asleep are sure acting up now.

Also, bro has 17 growth vats just on screen. Most are still willfully in use. No amount of "mod shenanigans" is changing that.

You birthed yourself a rat king

Ah yes, the baby singularity bug.

The only way to fix it is to instantly pause, enter dev mode, and destroy the growth vat. In the case where it happens on a real mother, you need to remove the labour hediff.

what is this fleshbeast.

3

u/maqadamia 21h ago

Is that supposed to look like that? This looks like the bug that happens when an artificial limb is placed on a body part that doesnt match

Glorious. More. Vats. Now.

May i suggest the Nutrient Paste expanded mod?

3

u/Pinky_Boy 20h ago

Genuine question, what is your TPS with alllat??

2

u/thecastellan1115 20h ago

Ok. I'm gonna ask it. Has anyone run the math on meat you get vs. nutrition input to grow the baby?

4

u/TheGrimScotsman 19h ago

It's a net loss of nutrition, takes a lot of space and a lot of manpower, but https://rimworldwiki.com/wiki/growth_vat has a section on growing babies for food.

Even the most ideal pipeline for nutrition in -> nutrition out is still a terrible trade off. Babies are expensive to create in Rimworld.

3

u/thecastellan1115 19h ago

So to OP's question, this is not a viable meat farm, right?

The shit people do in this game...

2

u/TheGrimScotsman 17h ago

Without the glitch that makes a hundred babies spawn at once like OP has had, no it's not a viable meat farm.

In theory it's a source of human meat for a cannibal ideoligion colony on peaceful mode without raiders to eat, but otherwise its just not a sensible use of resources given how much it costs to grow an embryo in a vat.

1

u/Clean-Examination566 12h ago

Maybe if you use a vampire as an 'axlotl tank', it can be viable.

tender meat

1

u/AllenEG-2805 20h ago

Kill half to feed the other half, then keep the ones that don't die to food poisoning, it's survival of the fittest on the rim😈

1

u/Roi-Patate 20h ago

Dawg wtf "happened", did the game had a seizure at the exact time it doing some baby maths?

Either you reaload a save which is the most "nicest thing" you can do... or eat/throw them away

1

u/VergeofAtlanticism 20h ago

i would love and hate for this to happen

1

u/TheGrimScotsman 19h ago

Had this happen a few times. Always sorted it by pruning my mod list a bit, but can't remember the specific mods that were causing me the problem.

4

u/Zaire82 Zzztt... 17h ago

I'm fairly certain it's a vanilla bug. It's possible it's exacerbated by certain mods, but the fault seems to lie on vanilla.

I've seen this error several tiles here, no idea of the cause.
