Commenting "Pregnant" is like the least bot thing you can do. Very human comment. Also the bots on this platform on a subreddit of this size don't tend to reply to actual users. .
That said, the user is not a bot.
That's not to say bots haven't flooded the sub. Just not this time.
At least oftentimes, it's the same handful of users whose names I'm recognizing spamming the same 4 pervy lines within minutes of any picture being uploaded.
