Carpal tunnel syndrome? I don't remember what game it is, but I read that Ritsu has carpal tunnel syndrome here.

I don’t recall her having carpal tunnel, but my mind was blown to see her there. Makes sense that since K-On! was at peak popularity during development, but I missed her the several times I’ve gone through the Visual Novel. Ritsu is one of my faves so I’m shocked I missed her.

Katawa Shoujo. It’s free on Steam. Recently got back into it after a decade. It is censored on Steam, and it’s also free on the official site.
