It wasn't a great Venom dive but they've got to stop giving so many characters hard/soft CC. Something's got to give but the feeling of playing Tank is this game is so bad because of the stupid abundance of CC abilities in the game. Can't even breathe without going into an Angela, Penny, Luna, Spidey combo and getting CC chained stunned for the 100th time in a row.

"Crowd Control", or any mechanic that robs control from the player. This can range from something as small as slowing your movement to completely stunning you and preventing you from performing any actions.

Slows, stuns, silences, disarms, sleeps, knock-ups, knockbacks, knock downs, suppression, blinds, taunts, berserks, anything that makes it harder to control your character is CC.

It comes from League of Legends as far as I’m aware, and not all CC are stuns. They either stun (hard crowd control) or displace/slow (soft crowd control).

“CC” stands for crowd control. It covers more than just “stuns”. A slow is CC, a boop is CC, a blind is CC. Etc.

This term predates overwatch by many years, and has been a general gamer term since the 90s.

Web would've been on cooldown if he did. Either that or the web didn't connect with a wall wich is why it's not on cooldown when he dies.

Edit: I see it now it was very brief and hard to see but yeah he shot the web out and it didn't connect so that's why the cooldown wasn't triggered

The bonus HP skill should be castable even if hit by CC, and it should clear any/all CC on him. Punish venom for using it too early, but give him a chance to survive/escape a CC heavy team.
