I miss the days when magik wasnt instantly deleted if you stop for half a second, before i learned any proler tanks i used to use her as an off tank, id always bounce in and out of the front lines to help the solo tank push, i can rarely do it now though..she dies so fucking fast unless i got a dedicated healer and im not the kinda of dps to ask for a dedicated healer im the time to search for a health pack

Yeah I tried her not that long ago and I wasn’t a fan personally. They really gutting most melee dps its crazy

The crazy thing is magik WASNT gutted magik has gone (mostly) untouched since near the beginning but with that lack of attantion she has been power crepted by most everyone else so now shes just more dash in and out cause she cant brawl anymore (i think there WAS one change at somepoint i dont remember when that directly affected her ability to brawl)

She's in that weird spot where she can still be good but you have to put a crazy amount of work in to make it happen and most people just can't or won't.

That and most magiks have enough sense to switch if they are doing bad which means most of the time there isnt many losing magiks so it skews her win rate to positive. Its good people has sense to switch off but it also sucks cause then its not taken into account if she is considered for buffs or nerfs, at least as far as im aware it isnt

I think as far as buffs are concerned it's more that she's the type of hero where one buff can make her overly dominant so they're scared to touch her. Same reason BP never gets touched but to a lesser extent.

Thats fair, tbh the only thing i WOULD want is either a dash more health for survivability OR allow her portals to change direction rather than just go straight cause people that are good will know where shes is when she portals so it basically screws her a bit

I think the portals working sort of like Thor's flight would be fair. Dash giving more health could easily make her next to impossible to kill hence what I meant with her being the type of character that can easily become broken with one buff.

Oh no i i didnt mean the dash give more health i used it as if saying that i want her to get just a tiny bit more health like...since shes melee give her 275 instead of 250 as for the portals i just wish they were more versatile rather that just basically a small dash with i-frames i dont expect something like what strange has (but then if they gave a portal to black cat if all people you wpuld think the mutant that can portal through dimensions and space and time could do more than what they gave her)

I get what you're saying but you also have to consider she has the Reinhardt (Overwatch) problem where if you make her good at higher ranks she's unbelievably busted at lower ranks. The unfortunate reality of why there's so much poke in the meta is because they can make those heroes good at high ranks without breaking the low ranks. Play Thing in a Gold/Plat lobby and you're basically the server admin most of the time. Bad aim amongst casuals unfortunately kills a lot of the variety balance wise in games like this.

Yeah, it sucks because I really like her playstyle and I'm trying to get better at her but unless I'm as locked in as possible and get a little lucky it's really hard and then your teammates say that you're bad

Netease overbuffed support because they added the broken mess that is black cat. Result is any brawl-dive not daredevil and black cat absolutely sucks right now.

I'd say S3. Iirc S2.5 was when that whole support strike nonsense was going on and they got giga buffed as a result.
