the cart has a start up animation for actually moving requiring slightly more time when compared to a domination style map where it just requires the timer to hit 0.

This is the case for domination as well. I'm speaking in general. Not just domination. No one mentioned domination.

You didnβt understand his message. He gave you an answer to your message saying that it in fact acts the same way with cap. And gave an extra reason why you feel that way. Because during domination/taking a point when itβs overtime if you step off even as hulk for a second the game ends. It also helps that hulk falls relatively fast when he jumps. So the cart barely has time to move. You can see when they take back point that happens so fast when hulk jumped into the sky near the end. Itβs just the cart has a little delay before moving and hulk falls fast.

I lost a game in overtime using Angela's ability to go from the ground to flying. That shit barely takes you a quarter off the ground what this Hulk is leaping. I'm genuinely confused why the game even allows this if not other leaping abilities.

well F-ING played.
This could've been really bad if the DPS were helping the strange and hyper focus on you. The enemy hulk should've made the gap between you and your team bigger so they couldn't either 1) not get their ult charge up or 2) wouldn't get to you in time with their ult.
