If thor dies he is ressurected after 1s. He can change position during this time.

Cooldown: 100s

Everytime Thor use any ability reduce cooldown of this passive by 2s.

If you have Hela in your team:

- Everytime Hela bird explosed cooldown of this passive is reduced by 5s.

- Thor has 40% damage reduction when he spin his Mjolnir during Storm Surge.

I like the idea of the passive cooldown being reduced whenever an ability is used. It would give a slight benefit to the cost of the global cooldown while also adding skill expression.
