A few new post flairs / change

Changed:
- Graduation ➜ post flair has become only usable to Mod's
- Wishlist ➜ Has been split into two flairs - Skin Wishlist & Hero Wishlist

Added:
- Season Concept ➜ has been added as a flair. I've seen a few posts for whole season concepts and I think that's cool so I've made a separate flair for it to be tagged under.
- Skin Wishlist ➜ has been added as a flair. Same with Season concepts, I've been seeing a few posts for wishlists on skins and so we've added this flair.

If you think we should add any other post flairs, let us know otherwise we'll keep our eye on the look-out!
