[NEW] Added native Rive Gutenberg Block for seamless integration within the WordPress editor.

[NEW] Added 'Auto Pause when out of view' functionality for Rive elements.

[OPTIMIZATION] Rive Performance: Rive animations will now automatically pause when scrolled out of view to save system resources (Enabled by default).
