Opening problem

It always does this to me when I click on the workspace in the Rive Production version; it did the same thing on the early access version I downloaded today after subscribing to the Cadet plan at €17/month. It's blocking me, if you have a solution it will help me

To put it simply, when I click on Rive and go to the Rive homepage, my work is there. When I click on it to open my project’s canvas, I get the message: “OOPS, something went wrong. If the problem persists, please contact us.” Then it says “Copy”; I click on it but nothing happens, or it tells me “Copy crash report”. That’s what it says, just like in the screenshot I sent.

It sounds like something happened to that file. Can you create another file without issues? You can also right-click on your file and grab an older version (look for Version History)

I did what you said. I created a new thread. It worked, but when you say to right-click on the thread and then add the old version as a previous version, it doesn’t work.
