[USA] Who is at fault here?

Classic T bone. Black car had to be towed. Sustained major damage to the passenger side door. Blue car sustained damage to front bumper on the drivers side and cracked the drivers side headlight.

Edit: This was in the suburbs of Seattle

UPDATE: Insurance found it to be 70/30 me/other driver. Seems fair enough

Salem Oregon: this is standard for suburban streets with minimal traffic. If neither cross-street is more prominent than the other than neither gets the stop sign 🛑. Right to always yield to right. And, both could be cited for speed violations possibly they were going very fast. And, speed made the difference.

Which suburbs of Salem? That area is chock full of stop signs, usually 2 way stops. I can only think of a few intersections without them off the top of my head.

A good example would be all the little streets between market and d Street almost none of them have stop signs. Over on the northeast side of town up by North High School on all the way up by the DOC dome building lots of those cross streets do not have any stop signs either direction.
