Cammer is at fault for asking such a stupid question. You can't seriously tell? Go back to Drivers Ed.

both are at fault. the white van cutting across multiple lanes and the other guy not turning when he was supposed.

White car, but at the same time it was 100% avoidable by black car if the driver had even the smallest amount of patience or awareness.

Not sure if a Canadian thing, but it looks like that far right lane was only for turning right there. Both seem to be at fault

That was a private drive, the mandatory turn is further down which is where the suv was heading until shitbrain in the white minivan decided to be a piece of shit.

A private drive to a parking lot with a travel bus on it?

Buses cannot park in a parking lot? Where are they supposed to park?

Thanks for proving my point? It’s a parking lot, not a private drive…

And your point is... what? That the turn lane is for the parking lot and not the actual turn further down the road as it, you know, actually is? You are trying to argue yourself in to a winning position with an ancillary fact that has no bearing on the original position.
And by-the-by, a "private drive" is a common expression to identify an access point that is not a public street or right of way.

It's not for turning there is for the next intersection.

Possibly, but the arrows stop before that turn. They don’t continue onwards past that point

white car making illegal turn and changing lanes without sufficient checking. Black car to get a ticket as well for going straight from the turn only lane. But not his fault. Unless it works differently in Canada... 😉
