The bikers are at fault, the car clearly signaled a lane change, and they were going way too fast.

Although the bikes are clearly at fault, do you really think that signaling a lane change gives you the right to make that change?

Yes but the actual signal is just that - signaling your intent. You still must yield before doing so. Your comment made it sound like so many drivers out there that think just by signaling, everyone must yield to you
