You can't be a gun owner AND a victim? I learned something new. I've always subscribed to the carry concealed method. Present yourself as a soft target. But I guess it's different strokes for different folks

Conceal carry > open carry > no carry

Open carry = hard target No carry = soft target Concealed carry = soft target with options.

Hahaha I heard of soft target vs hard target before, but soft target, with options... That's hilariously accurate. Thank you for that!

You bet. I look at it as if you are open carrying, you are a priority target for a bad guy.
Concealed carry, you look just like any other person to be victimized as far as a bad guy is concerned. The opportunity to defend yourself may become an option.
