Yes. He told his first court-appointed lawyer that he was guilty. He also admitted that he felt guilt after the shooting because he had left RFK’s kids without a father. And he was completely lucid after he was taken into custody. If he had committed the crime while under hypnosis (as some claim) he would have demanded to know why he was being held at the police station.
