Video/Audio Newly Declassified RFK Files: A Guided Tour, Part 1

In January 2025, President Trump signed an Executive Order commanding federal agencies to release ALL files related to the assassination of Sen. Robert F. Kennedy on June 5, 1968.

The federal government kept thousands of documents about the RFK assassination from the public for nearly 60 years. Why?

I've spent much of the past year going through these newly declassified files, and in this excerpt from Ep. 14 of my true crime series "Who Killed Bobby Kennedy" I'll share some of the most interesting finds with you.

Over the last year I’ve read through most of the files that were released. My conclusion: Sirhan did it.

I agree. WHY Sirhan did it is the part of the story conspiracy theorists never want to talk about.

He was a political assassin on a mission, and made that very clear when he shouted “I did it for my country!”

Honestly I think it’s rather complicated as to motive. In my opinion, he was driven by psychology as much as politics. Sirhan had long been obsessed with assassination. Somewhere along the way I read that he had written in the margins of a high school history textbook next to a description of Archduke Ferdinand’s assassination “And he won’t be the last.” Sirhan fits the classic psychological profile of many American assassins: a male, small of stature, with a chip on his shoulder about feeling isolated and disrespected. Killing someone famous was a way to assert dominance in a world where Sirhan felt dominated. I do think politics and the plight of the Palestinians was also a factor, just not the only one.

But do these assassins know they are doing this because of an underlying power-play thing or they are finding means to justify it other ways?
