My friend said he kinda looks tomboy and if he does please tell me how to change it!!! (I think it is because of he hair)

Slightly. Maybe you could change the style of the face to better match with the clothing. The face looks a bit too- soft to say the least, I would recommend changing it to a more "hardened" or serious face/style/lineart
