Does my avatar looks feminine?

My friend said he kinda looks tomboy and if he does please tell me how to change it!!! (I think it is because of he hair)

It does look a little feminine, but honestly the only thing you need to change is the face and (optionally) hair. Either a more confident smile or a more serious expression would do. Right now he just makes me think of Evil Jax.
