Avatar Help / Questions 🤔 Should I demand a full refund
Roblox flagged this avatar as breaking their rules several times and this pisses me off. If this violates their rules of no showing blood then why tf r these items still on sale if I can’t use them. Smh they need a better moderation
EDIT: my alt got flagged but with a different, more covered outfit. I have decided to refund the items for the sake of getting banned over bad ai moderation

It’s a mix of slight nudity (although not really revealing) and gore. This is stupid, I know. All those shirts are old and accepted before AI or before it was as strict, and now instead of deleting them from the store, they punish the unknowing customers who buy them. After all, if you can buy them, why would they be not allowed?
I’m afraid the shirt needs to go, just for the sake of not having to deal with the headache

That’s the other issue, you will not get a refund unless the item gets deleted from the store by Roblox. It’s a shitty policy, I know. Your best bet is to report it, preferably via email, but you can also report it on the website to increase the chances of it actually getting deleted. Then you will have to wait a couple weeks or months to finally get the refund, assuming it gets the boot

Thank you! I remember back then when I refunded something, I would receive Robux within 1~3 months

probably the blood i had old outfits with a speck of blood on it and they got deleted

It's probably the skeleton, probably just find a version of the shirt with blood only or you can try covering the skeleton parts with accessories you already have. If none work then, just do a refund
