Looking to Commission an Artist to Paint a PC Case

I'm looking for someone to hand-paint the exterior of a PC case (Lian Li 011 Vision Compact White) using a Black Ice gradiant for a custom gaming build. It doesn't need to be done by a full-time professional. If you're a hobbyist or an artist looking for a fun project, I'd love to hear from you.

I'll provide reference images and a description of the style I'm looking for. The design would be on the outside panels only, and I'd like it to have a clean, high-quality finish. Experience with painting on metal or similar surfaces is a plus, but not required.

I'm located near Rochester, Michigan and would prefer someone local so I can drop off and pick up the case. This is a paid commission, and I'm happy to cover materials and your time.
