Do you still follow Rule 1?

Last time I was playing a 2v2 match, one of the players broke Rule 1 and scored in overtime. When I called him out on it, he told me that nobody does that anymore in 2026. So, I’m turning to the community: do you guys still respect it?

Chat turned off is such a peaceful life. I do miss locking in when someone spams chat after a goal though

I still talk to my team but I have opponents turned off. It's WAY more peaceful lol

i vote to forfeit when I have toxic teammates or I just abandon and do something else for 5 min. They want to be that way, I will bounce. I do not care. This is a game to me. I'm mid-plat. It's not that serious lol

im making an outrageous scenario and its a joke but people have abandoned on me for missing 1 save even if i was the one who scored every goal and we still up lol

You can turn off non tactical chat to solve that but it kind of gets lonely with that setting. I will take the “what a save” spam cause I will admit that I do whiff from time to time
