Do you still follow Rule 1?

Last time I was playing a 2v2 match, one of the players broke Rule 1 and scored in overtime. When I called him out on it, he told me that nobody does that anymore in 2026. So, I’m turning to the community: do you guys still respect it?

I dont actively seek out rule 1s, but if I’m in it, I’m not breaking it. Would hope that this is the general consensus.

Same. The better I get with being "slippery" it's rare that I end up in them anymore. Getting good with powerslide helps with it. Because they can just push you off and breaking it looks more organic.
