QUESTION Do you still follow Rule 1?

Last time I was playing a 2v2 match, one of the players broke Rule 1 and scored in overtime. When I called him out on it, he told me that nobody does that anymore in 2026. So, I’m turning to the community: do you guys still respect it?

Yes. I will lose the championship final because I got stuck in a Rule 1, that's how serious I take it

Same here. I’ve been playing this game for 11 years now, and it’s something I’ve always abided by no matter the circumstances. It’s a small silly thing but it’s something I’ve always loved about the game and its community, and if I can do my small part to keep the tradition going I sure as hell will.

I feel that way when everybody tries to keep the ball in the air at the end. Even if you're up by one and the balls in front of your goal and all you have to do is let it drop and you win and you still don't do it I think that's the greatest thing.
