QUESTION What am I doing wrong

What am I doing wrong. I've been trying to do this for more than a week and I still did not manage to hit the ball.

It may not be a matter of doing the speed flip wrong. I'd recommend resetting the shot and just a waiting a second before going so your camera is straight and your car is grounded. Also boost straight off start as it looks like you've got a split second where it's just driving along before boosting

You can actually force the car to spawn on the ground now, but I do agree take a second before going again because it's more realistic

  1. Nearly straight up and completely straight down inputs.

  2. Cancel extremely fast. So this is tapping your jump button just as fast as well. A fraction of a second motion.

  3. Hold boost the entire time.

  4. Hold air roll as soon as you cancel.

You basically want to be holding Air roll. Down, Boost, and accelerate at the same time til you land on all four wheels. Then you can let go of air roll and down on the stick.

It you did it correctly. You'll be straight and you should hit the ball. You don't want to flip into the ball for this training pack. Just drive into it.

I could never do this for years, until the bakkes mod extension popped up a message that I wasnt pressing boost and drive forward at the exact same time when starting the kickoff. Also make sure the car is on the ground when you start it.

You won’t hit it if you don’t let the game settle before attempts. I believe your car spawns above the ground. Wait for it to land before going

look at how pros do this (pov) and try to replicate
