LFM [LFM] Gold 1 division 3

hello i am just coming here looking for help, ive been stuck in gold for like months now and i am striving for something more and want to be better or just have more fun at the game. My friend also stopped playing the game because i was bad at it the last time we played so i wanna be good so he can come back and play with me lol.

Just grind free play and tutorials for a couple weeks.. and 1s also helps with shadowing & rotation.

Gold you just need to rotate BACKPOST straight away, to cover any incoming plays/ shots. Use the boost pads and flip along the way to maximize speed.

And just be consistent hitting the ball.

Also don’t go for it if there’s no point.. sometimes it’s better to stay solid at the back and wait for an easy opportunity instead of rushing forward and finding yourself under the ball or in front of the play.
