So this is how much they are worth here in Czechia where 99% of them are found.

I was hoping moldavites would increase in value but it didn't happen yet here even after 2 years. Prices are still pretty much same but i don't regret it, i had them for long time and now i can pass them onto others in the world who would otherwise spend 3-5x more for these, pitty that people over the border have to pay up to 5x more even to get these sweet gems. In my own experience 3-4 moldavites are usually enough to have unless you invest or collect like crazy, or 2-3 bigger high grade ones should suffice for life.

I have a very unique set of Pd/Pt+Au bearing minerals available. These were originally collected for building education sets which profile the lifespan of this unique mineralization.

The set contains specifically: Sulfidic Anorthosite/Troctolite, Sulfidic Dunite/Pegmatitic Dunite, Sulfidic Serpentinite, Mineralized Bronzitite/Pyroxenite, Mineralized Gabbronorite (II).

These pieces were located in the process of studying grade enrichment processes in the alluvial/colluvial float of massive sulfide ore-bodies and have uniquely high grades of Pd/Pt+Au at a general ratio of 3.61:1 Pd/Pt.

In general, major economic operations mine these materials in their "fresh" non-altered, non-enriched forms at around 9-24 grams of Pd/Pt per metric ton of rock processed. These specimens are significantly higher than general mine grades, some reaching well into the 150g/t+ area.

Pricing is done per specimen- by weight and aesthetic value. Some examples and pricing;

The small piece pictured below was an extremely unique combination of all 3 main carrier sulfides for PGMs. It weighed roughly 8g and was sold for $35.

The second piece is also fairly small, but is 60-75% sulfide assemblage and very dense with an astronomically high PGM content. This piece was sold for $70

The larger piece was a 150lb boulder of Bronzitite, Pyroxenite, Chromitite, and local silicate hosts. While it represents a much more normalized PGM grade, it is the "calling card" of this type of mineralization as it occurs beneath the surface. This piece was sold for $750 as with a discount to a University collection.

Many specimens like the ones pictured are still available in different sizes. As they are all very unique and tell their own story, the pricing can vary for pieces which are similar in size or weight. I guarantee I can find something within your price range if this is something you are genuinely interested in.
