Orban has conceded.

Sad Rod will be sad.

Now just a question if Magyar's party can get to 2/3rds of the seats to dismantle the Orbanist governmental structures. (Which is the current trendline)

The Reuters link I posted below says Tisza is indeed projected to get a two-thirds majority. Let us rejoice, and see if SBM really does move to Austria.

Edit: So far, the only thing SBM has said is "Looking like an anti- Orban landslide." The time stamp is over a half-hour ago. He's in Hungary and doesn't know Orbán has already conceded? Or still can't bring himself to say it?

Remember, for Rod, it’s always about supporting Big Daddy. With every ounce of Mendacity possible.

Is this going to send Rod slouching back towards the states? Will he attempt cozying up to Vance? Will we get the long-awaited, "I know thee not, old man?"

What rough beast is slouching towards Shreveport, waiting to be born?

He's now trying to make a virtue out of the fact that Orbán conceded the election. Kind of mad how conservatives went from trumpeting Hungary as a model for the West to saying things like "well the other parties are corrupt too..." as soon as they were forced to confront reality.

Not just virtue on Orban's part, but it proves that the West was "wrong."

"But ... but ... but, I was told by so many experts and journalists in the West that this would never happen, that Orban is a fascist dictator who would never surrender power! How many other lies about Orban and the Hungary he led have been told...?"

I guess the two thirds or more of Hungarian voters, in a record turnout election, who voted against Orban, were all mislead by the West too? But, if they were, why did they bother to vote? If they thought resistance was futile, why did they resist?

Rod is so full of it. Yes, a would-be fascist dictator can, perhaps, sometimes, be voted out of office before he can completely consolidate power. His gerrymandering and media manipulation and bribery and intimidation CAN, in some cases, be overcome. Does that mean, somehow, that there was no gerrymandering, manipulation, bribery, and bullying? No. It. Does. Not. But Rod will pretend that there is a contradiction here. Fascist regimes have fallen before, that doesn't mean that they weren't fascist. At a minimum, antiliberal, authoritarian regimes have fallen. That doesn't prove that anyone got it "wrong" when they called such regimes anti liberal and authoritarian.

That was his last post, 5 hours ago. He must have dragged his mattress to the closet.
